These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between RAA88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Member", "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the online gaming platform operated under the domain raa88.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Website").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
RAA88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years and above. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. RAA88 enforces mandatory age verification at the withdrawal stage and reserves the right to close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable Malaysian legislation, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Age Verification: RAA88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), a valid email address, date of birth, and a preferred payment method.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of account management is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify RAA88 immediately via the official support channels. RAA88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. If RAA88 determines that a Member holds or has held multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed, and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be forfeited. Members are encouraged to contact support if they believe a duplicate account may have been created in error.
All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification documents include the Malaysian MyKad, a valid Malaysian or international passport, or another government-issued photo identity document. RAA88 may also request proof of payment method or proof of address at any time as part of ongoing compliance checks.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform and all content contained within it are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Members access the Platform at their own risk. RAA88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access and will be communicated where possible. RAA88 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity failures, or technical errors beyond the Company's reasonable control.
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (including USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. RAA88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and settlement of a cryptocurrency transaction.
RAA88 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other major Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to a Member's Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 15–30 minutes on TRC20). RAA88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or bank processing delays.
To be eligible to request a withdrawal, a Member must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds; (c) not have an outstanding withdrawal request exceeding their applicable daily or monthly limit; and (d) hold an Account in good standing with no open investigations or compliance flags.
Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and several hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. RAA88 will communicate any significant delays via the Member's registered email address.
As part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. RAA88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where a withdrawal destination cannot be matched to a deposit source.
RAA88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals for supported e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are the Member's responsibility and will be deducted from the transferred amount where applicable.
RAA88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published for each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between an offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered in qualifying games before any portion becomes withdrawable. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Unless specifically stated in the offer terms, this limit is MYR 500 per bet or spin. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active is a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games typically contribute 10%–20%; video poker typically contributes 10%; sports betting wagers may contribute 100% on pre-match markets but 0%–50% on certain live markets. Exact contribution rates for individual games and markets are published in the Platform's bonus terms documentation.
Each promotional offer carries an expiry date or window (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting, as specified in the offer terms). If the wagering requirement has not been satisfied within the expiry window, the Bonus Funds and any undisbursed associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
RAA88 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects or determines that a Member has engaged in promotional abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, using a third party's payment details to generate additional deposits, structured wagering designed to exploit the terms of an offer (so-called "bonus hunting"), or collusion with other Members to circumvent bonus terms.
Always Read Offer Terms: Each promotion's specific terms are published alongside the offer on the Platform. RAA88 recommends reviewing all offer-specific terms in full before claiming any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its terms.
The Platform offers sports betting (including Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over-Under, and in-play markets), live dealer casino games, slot games, poker, bingo, and lottery products. Each product category is governed by specific rules available within the Platform.
RAA88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes situations where: the bet was placed after the event had commenced (for pre-match markets); there is a manifest error in the published odds; the outcome of the event was already determined at the time the bet was placed; or the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the market concerned.
In the event of a disconnection during a live bet or casino game session, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last instruction received from the Member's device. Where this is not possible, RAA88's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The Company's determination in such cases is final.
All disputes regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with the RAA88 support team within 30 (thirty) days of the relevant game or event conclusion. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and the Member's VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of placing a bet or initiating a game round. RAA88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Chargeback Warning: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider while funds have been used on the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms. RAA88 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback through legal means.
RAA88 may suspend or restrict access to a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or collusive activity; a compliance risk or AML flag; the Account holder is under the age of 21; or the Account is the subject of a legal inquiry or dispute. During any period of suspension, the Member's Account balance will be held securely and will not be accessible.
RAA88 may permanently close an Account following investigation of a suspected breach. Where termination is due to fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering, any balance in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where termination is for other reasons, any verified Real Funds balance (net of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the Member following completion of any applicable verification procedures.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the RAA88 support team. Any outstanding verified balance will be processed via the Member's preferred withdrawal method following standard KYC verification. Members who wish to close their Account due to a gambling concern are encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion feature, which is described in Clause 13.
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, source code, game content, graphics, text, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of RAA88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content; reverse engineering any Platform software; creating derivative works based on Platform content; or using any Platform branding or trademarks without prior written consent from RAA88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAA88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account; losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; or losses arising from service interruptions.
RAA88's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall limit RAA88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. RAA88 enforces mandatory age and identity verification. If we suspect that a Member is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage person will be forfeited.

RAA88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them (whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which RAA88 operates as specified in its international gaming licence. RAA88 does not operate under Malaysian domestic gaming regulation — no such regulatory framework exists for online gaming in Malaysia — and makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in Malaysia.
Malaysian Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. RAA88 recommends that Members who are uncertain about their legal position seek independent legal advice.
RAA88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to Members. The most current version of these Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 10.3. RAA88 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically.
Material Changes: Where RAA88 makes a material change to these Terms that significantly affects Members' rights or obligations, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via their registered email address in advance of the change taking effect.
